This week’s goals:
Drink 2L of water each day
Eat a high protein breakfast each day
Continue bootcamp challenge classes 2x per week, and start personal training with 1 session this week.
40ish days til the hubby gets home! I want to knock his socks off :)

Good morning (ish)!
I slept for forever today… My body must have needed it.
Goals for today:
11:00 eat a few almonds before workout
11:15 workout
- 2 mile run
- 25 leg extensions per leg
- 50 bridges
- 50 kb swings
12:00 protein shake, shower, etc
1:00 hit up the goodwill near work to find some new thrifty clothes
1:45 zaxby’s grilled chicken blue salad
