This is me - 145lbs vs. 129lbs. I’m proud of my progress. Posting this because I had a few bad food days (shark week, not that that’s an excuse). Need to stay motivated and continue this journey!

Literally the best kind of plank you can do. It’s harder than the normal plank but it works your core out SO much more and it feels SOOOOO good after. I do 3 sets, increasing 10+ seconds after each rep.
