Couldn’t decide if I wanted a guy or girl on that last post… so… made both.  Awesome pictures, wish I could take credit for taken either of them, I just found them on pinterest and threw words on them.  oh, and played a bit in photoshop.

Literally the best kind of plank you can do. It’s harder than the normal plank but it works your core out SO much more and it feels SOOOOO good after. I do 3 sets, increasing 10+ seconds after each rep.
